Very average shorts...still waiting for refund.

I recently ordered the Blue Passion High-Waist Sweatshorts, and was pleased when they arrived within a couple of days. Although they were a beautiful colour, the fit was all wrong for me and the quality was very average so I returned them the same day.

I know that package has been delivered, but I am still waiting for my refund more than three weeks after the shorts were received back by O'Neill, and have received no response to my emails regarding my refund. I'm absolutely disgusted with the service I have received and absolutely won't shop with O'Neill again.
